The bustling city of Uyo, would be experiencing a night of rave, pomp and glamour that will accompany the fourth edition of Akwa Music Festival which is set to hold in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital on November 30, 2024.
The plan was revealed by the organisers of the event, headed by Idongesit-Cyril Shock Udotuk on Sunday, September 8, 2024 in chat with news men in Uyo.
Pizzy Udonte, Director of Administration for the project, told newsmen that this year's edition is returning bigger and better, with a view to harnessing some of the best talents and showcasing them to the world.
She noted that the event is billed to take place at Eemjm Hotels and Suite, along Dominic Utuk Avenue and shall feature both indigenous and renowned musical acts.
GbeduXclusive ceo "Utfresh Utuk", Director of Publicity for the event added that this year’s edition was deliberately tailored to suit the demands of music lovers across the Niger, and would attempt to satisfy different genres of music while placing priority on discovering unique talents.
Utfresh Utuk also hinted that the event, although garnering wide acceptance and endorsement from music lovers across the state, was still open for sponsors and endorsement to make the night full of glitz, glamour as expected, all for the benefits of the music space.
